1. Eligibility for Returns
- You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Certain types of items (personal care products, customized or final-sale items) are non-returnable.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@abuaish.com or call us at +1 832-619-9329 with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide you with the return instructions and shipping address.
3. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns.
4. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they haven’t yet shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
